An analysis is presented with MHD free convective visco-elastic flow of a fluid through a porous medium bounded by an oscillating porous plate in the slip flow regime in presence of heat source .The porous plate is subjected to a transverse suction velocity .The fluid is characterized by Rivlin –Ericksen Second-order model. Effects of heat and mass transfer are analyzed in this paper .Approximate solution of the problem is obtained by regular perturbation technique .The analytical expressions for the velocity, temperature and concentration fields have been obtained and illustrated graphically to observe the visco-elastic effects .It is noticed that the considered flow field is significantly affected by visco-elastic parameter in comparison with Newtonian fluid flow phenomena.
